Petcurean is partnering with both FosterFurKids and SaveARescue while Walking Palm will be donating its products to SaveARescue for two contests the organizations are running.
FosterFurKids, a national web database created by Alison Eastwood that connects rescue groups and animal shelters with a nationwide network of pet fosters and transporters, is holding a promotion with Petcurean. The first 100 people who sign up to foster a pet from the site will receive the following from Petcurean:
- Welcome letter
- Coupon for a free 6-pound bag of Petcurean dog food or 4-pound bag of Petcurean cat food
- Coupon for two cans of free Petcurean dog or cat food
- Petcurean bandana
- Petcurean can lid
- Petcurean poop bag
- Petcurean tote bag
- Petcurean collapsible silicone bowl
Petcurean, along with Walking Palm, is also partnering with SaveARescue for its contest that is looking to donate food and beds to the rescue or shelter with the most votes by the end of the contest, which ends Sunday, March 19. The organization with the most votes will receive 1,200 pounds of Petcurean pet food, which is equivalent to 5,000 meals, and three Cat Caves from Walking Palm. Walking Palm is also giving three Cat Caves to both the second and third place winner.
Founded and run by dog expert Bev Gun-Munro, SaveARescue is an all-in-one online search directory for dog and cat rescues. The online directory offers more than 16,000 listings of dog and cat rescues and shelters along with an entire lineup of 18 categories of pet services including 24-hour emergency vet clinics, pet friendly lodging, dog parks and more, according to a company press release.
“Along with acting as a marketing resource for the more than 16,000 rescues and shelters (and their 9.1 million social followers) in our database, we are focused on deepening our relationships and staying in constant contact with them by offering enticing month-long contests that offer a substantial pet food prize won by those who receive the most votes,” Gun-Munro said.
